◆ LIFEVAULT

Terms of Service

Effective 30 August 2026

These terms govern your use of LIFEVAULT. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

LIFEVAULT helps you organize purchases, documents, deadlines and reminders. AI scanning proposes extracted information for your review. LIFEVAULT is an organizational tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax or professional advice.

Public beta

LIFEVAULT is currently offered as a free public beta. Features, limits and availability may change as the service develops. No paid plan will be activated without clear pricing and your confirmation.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and protect access to your email account.
  • Review AI-extracted fields and all important dates before saving them.
  • Keep independent copies of documents you cannot afford to lose.
  • Use the service lawfully and do not upload content you are not entitled to process.

Reminders

Reminder delivery can be delayed or fail because of email providers, network issues or service interruptions. You remain responsible for tracking legal, contractual, return, warranty, renewal and expiry deadlines.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse, probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the service; upload malicious material; attempt unauthorized access; or use LIFEVAULT to violate another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep LIFEVAULT reliable but provide the service on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LIFEVAULT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed deadlines, unavailable records or decisions made from AI-generated information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using LIFEVAULT at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law or address serious misuse.
